If you need to submit a complaint about any one of the following issues, just send us a quick email, give us a call at 250-546-3023 or send a letter to City of Armstrong, Box 40, Armstrong, B.C., V0E 1B0. You must include your name and phone number so we can verify information if necessary. Your information is completely confidential. Anonymous complaints will not be dealt with. Or Send us an email.
Burnt Out Street Light?
Include a description of where the street light is located and whether the pole is wood or metal, please send your email to Wendy.
Pot Holes or Loose Manhole Cover?
Include the street and approximate house number of where the pot hole or loose manhole cover is located.
Garbage or Recycling Not Picked Up?
Include your civic address and let us know what was missed. Did you know that there is a 2 bag limit for garbage and there are restrictions on what can be recycled. Click Here to check out that information.
