Mayor and Council Present the 2023 -2026 Strategic Plan Update for 2024
In 2023 Council identified five strategic focus areas for the 2022-2026 term of office. The Strategic Plan outlines Council’s vision for the future of our community and sets out a roadmap for achieving those goals. As shown in the Strategic Plan Update, Council has made excellent progress on their priorities over the last year. This commitment to regular updates, and a continued strategic approach, positions the city as a dynamic and forward-thinking community.
In the 2024 Update to the Strategic Plan, we have outlined the accomplishments of 2023, and updated the goals for the year going forward. The City of Armstrong achieved numerous goals across the focus areas of the Strategic Priorities: Asset Management, Community Engagement, Environmental Stewardship, Community Wellbeing, and Organizational Resilience.
