Notice of Proposed Property Disposition
In accordance with the requirements of Section 26 of the Community Charter, the City of Armstrong herby gives notice of the intention to lease the parcel of land located at 3415 Pleasant Valley Road, Armstrong BC, legally described as Lot 2, Block 23, Plan KAP5, Section 6, Township 35, KDYD PID: 001-510-118 at below market value to the Armstrong Spallumcheen Museum and Arts Society for the sole purpose of operating a museum and art gallery. The proposed lease is for a 5 year term, $1.00 per year.
