Pursuant to Section 127 (2) of the Community Charter, please be advised of the following City of Armstrong/Township of Spallumcheen Joint Special Council Meeting.

This meeting will be held outside of the City’s municipal boundaries, as permitted by Section 134.1 of the Community Charter.

Date: October 14, 2025

Time: 5 p.m.

Place: Township of Spallumcheen Council Chambers – 4144 Spallumcheen Way, Spallumcheen, B.C.

Purpose: The Councils will immediately proceed to an in-camera meeting (closed to the public) pursuant Sections 90(1) (c) and (k) of the Community Charter:

(c) labour relations or other employee relations; and

(k) negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of a municipal service that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the council, could reasonably be expected to harm the interest of the municipality if they were held in public.
