To facilitate ongoing progress of the Pleasant Valley Boulevard North project, there will be a temporary closures of Shepherd’s Lane between October 29 and October 31. The key dates and work are as follows:

• October 29 to November 3 – Shepherds Lane will be closed at Pleasant Valley Boulevard North to remove concrete, prepare for curb installation, and install streetlight conduit. Pleasant Valley Boulevard North would remain open to east-west traffic during this work, with the closure isolated to the immediate work area at the lane entrance.
  
  
• October 30 OR October 31 – concrete curbs will be installed. The closure would remain in place until November 3 until the concrete has cured sufficiently to accommodate vehicle traffic.

The intent is that whenever the Shepherd’s Lane connection to Pleasant Valley Boulevard North is closed, Pleasant Valley Boulevard North itself would remain open to traffic. Access to the lane and adjacent properties would be maintained from the north via Wood Avenue, as shown on the attached sketch.
