ANR Construction Ltd. crews are working hard on the new City Hall building. During the month of May crews completed many tasks including installing structural walls, retaining walls and steel beams. Framing also started in the basement for the load bearing walls to carry on the floor joist system. Efforts to complete the floors and framing in the basement are well underway.
