Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1928, 2024

Notice is hereby given that City of Armstrong Council will consider 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th
reading of proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1928, 2024 under Section 464(2) &
467 of the Local Government Act. The meeting will be held at 5:00 pm August 12, 2024,
at 3535 Bridge St, Armstrong.

City of Armstrong Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1928, 2024, is a map amendment to
Zoning Bylaw No. 1921, 2024 to correct a property that was previously zoned Multiple
Unit Residential (apartment) (RM.2) to Residential Medium-High Density (R.2). This will
bring the property to the zone that mostly closely represents the previous zone.

The amendment is to Schedule A of Zoning Bylaw No. 1921 – map designation for 2600
Pleasant Valley Road, legally described as Lot C, Plan KAP4753 is amended from
Residential Medium Density (R.1) to Residential Medium-High Density (R.2) as shown
below.

Copies of the proposed Bylaw and relevant documents may be reviewed on the website
www.cityofarmstrong.bc.ca or at the office of the City of Armstrong from July 25, 2024
through August 12, 2024, between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through
Friday.
