The City protects the privacy of people who file complaints.

Your information will not be shared if:

• It would be an unreasonable invasion of your privacy under provincial privacy law (FOIPPA).
• It was provided in confidence.
• Sharing it could affect a bylaw investigation.
• It could reveal the identity of a confidential source.

All complainants must provide complete information according to this form. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
