City Hall Landscape
The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified Contractor to provide Phase 1 landscaping services for City Hall in Armstrong. Contractor shall provide, but not limited to, all necessary equipment, materials, labour, and supervision in connected with executing and completing landscape services as per City Hall IFC Phase 1 construction drawings.
