Memorial Park – Located adjacent to the downtown core, invite the family for a picnic lunch and play in the water at the spray park or on the all-ages playground. Memorial park has a skateboard park, indoor walking track, age-friendly exercise equipment, the Cenotaph memorial, picnic tables and open grass areas.

Whether you enjoy a quiet day amongst the trees, or an exciting day with family, Armstrong has a variety of outdoor activities to explore within a 10-minute walk of one another.
Armstrong Spallumcheen Outdoor Pool – An exquisite outdoor heated facility that is open from late May to (approximately) September 1st.
The pool offers a complete learn-to-swim program during July and August with hours set aside for the enjoyment of swimming in an outdoor atmosphere. Water-lovers of all ages can enjoy this outdoor treasure. Public swimming information can be obtained from 250-546-9456.
