Community Profile
Armstrong, considered the “Heart of Country”, is located in the heart of Spallumcheen Valley, between the sunny Okanagan and the bright Shuswap Valleys. Numerous mountains, valleys, streams and lakes surround this picturesque little town. The diverse landscape makes it one of the most beautiful agricultural areas in British Columbia.

The Council of the City of Armstrong desires to protect the quality of life for its citizens, and endeavours to promote civic responsibility, and strives to encourage good relationships between neighbours. The City of Armstrong is authorized by the Community Charter, to regulate, prohibit and impose requirements in relation to nuisances, disturbances and other objectionable situations by a bylaw.

Bylaw Office Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
